User registration

Upon completion of registration, an anonymous wallet with basic functionality will be created for you. You will be able to:

• Top up your account with Moneta,
• Make payments for goods and services to Russian companies, including via payment details,
• Settle tax liabilities and penalty charges,
• Convert funds between your own accounts.

To obtain full access to the system's capabilities, please submit your personal details in your personal cabinet, verify your mobile phone number, and await an SMS notification with the outcome of the verification process.
